You aren’t just there to show everyone how amazing you are – but to make them feel amazing as well! Follow your customers. Search hashtags related to your business and respond. Start a conversation by showing interest in their thoughts and opinions.
People are talking to you or about you! So, if someone has tweeted at you, respond to them. A simple, “Thank you so much! Have a great day,” can go a long way. Or “We love when our customers love us!” Mix it up so they know it’s personal and not automated.
Ask questions, offer trivia, share a funny photo and ask for a caption. All these things will bring engagement to your different social media platforms. It can increase your influence base and bring you new leads as well as increase your current customer’s engagement level with you. Get creative!
